Wall area · net of openings
Painting, plastering, drywalling or wallpapering? Calculate the exact wall area you'll cover — net of doors and windows — straight from a construction plan. SiteScope's AI uses a configurable ceiling height (default 2.7 m) to convert wall lineal metres into coverage area, then subtracts openings so you quote real surface, not gross.
Accuracy note: SiteScope provides directional AI estimates based on printed dimensions/scale. Use for fast quoting and budgeting; verify on-site for binding quotes. ±5% accuracy refund policy applies.

Frequently asked
Wall area = (total wall perimeter × ceiling height) − openings (doors + windows). SiteScope automates this from your plan — you only need to confirm the ceiling height if it's not the default 2.7 m.
By default, SiteScope returns single-sided wall area, which is what painters typically quote. For double-sided (e.g. plastering both faces), multiply by 2 or contact us — we're shipping a per-trade toggle soon.
Directional. Use it to scope a job in minutes; verify on-site before locking in a quote. ±5% refund policy applies.
